Intergroup of Arizona Cochise and Gila counties and in the southern part of Pinal County, affecting approximately 7,700 Medicare enrollees. Health Net of California Fresno and Sonoma counties, affecting approximately 3,200 Medicare enrollees. PHS Health Plans Connecticut Litchfield and Middlesex counties, affecting approximately 2,600 Medicare enrollees. PHS Health Plans New York Nassau and Suffolk counties affecting approximately 2,100 Medicare enrollees. QualMed Plans for Health, PA Alleghany, Beaver, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland, affecting 3,000 Medicare enrollees. Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery counties affecting approximately 365 Medicare enrollees. QualMed Plans for Health, NJ Burlington and Camden counties affecting approximately 170 seniors.	FHS health plans will continue to offer Medicare HMO products in 36 counties in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, New York and Pennsylvania
